Coaching sessions may be recorded and/or accompanied by automated meeting notes or summaries generated through Google Meet or Google Workspace’s available features.

• Help maintain accurate session records

• Review and organize material discussed during a session

• Support continuity of your coaching work

• Provide you with useful session summaries or notes

• Improve the practical integration of work completed during sessions

Session recordings, notes, and related materials are treated as confidential client information and are stored using our Google Workspace/Google Drive environment or other systems we may use to administer our services.

If you do not wish a session to be recorded or automatically summarized, please let us know before the session so that we can discuss whether the relevant feature can be disabled for that session.

Google's own privacy and data practices apply to its services. For more information, please refer to Google's applicable privacy and Workspace policies.

4. Information Sharing

We may use third-party service providers to operate our website and business, including services provided by Google for website hosting, forms, scheduling, video conferencing, document storage, email, analytics, and related functions.
