Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Mastery Architect, we understand that plans sometimes change. This policy is designed to protect both your time and ours while keeping scheduling flexible and straightforward.

1. Initial Consultation

The initial Strategy & Alignment consultation is complimentary for new prospective clients.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible.

Because the consultation is complimentary, no cancellation fee applies. However, repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may affect eligibility for future complimentary consultations.

2. Paid Sessions and Programs

For paid coaching sessions, packages, and programs, the cancellation and rescheduling terms communicated at the time of purchase or included in the applicable client agreement will apply.

Unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon in writing, the following policy applies.

Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled without charge when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.

A rescheduling request made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a late cancellation.

Late Cancellation

A cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may result in the session being counted as used and/or the applicable session fee being retained.

We recognize that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen. Such situations will be considered individually, and reasonable exceptions may be made at Mastery Architect’s discretion.

Missed Sessions

If you do not attend a scheduled session and do not provide notice, the session may be treated as a missed session and counted as used.

If you experience technical difficulties, please contact Mastery Architect as soon as reasonably possible so that an appropriate arrangement can be determined.

3. Programs and Packages

When purchasing a coaching program or package, you are reserving a defined period of time and availability.

Individual sessions within a program may generally be rescheduled subject to the policy above, but unused sessions do not automatically extend the program beyond its agreed duration.

Any program-specific terms, including payment schedules, expiration dates, or cancellation provisions, will be provided in the applicable client agreement and will supersede this general policy where applicable.

4. Refunds

Because coaching services involve reserving time and providing individualized preparation and support, payments for completed sessions are generally non-refundable.

For packages or programs, refund eligibility will depend on the specific terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.

If exceptional circumstances warrant a different arrangement, requests may be submitted to Mastery Architect and will be considered individually and in good faith.

5. If Mastery Architect Needs to Reschedule

Occasionally, Mastery Architect may need to reschedule a session due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

When this occurs, reasonable efforts will be made to provide advance notice and offer an alternative time.

If Mastery Architect is unable to provide the agreed service within a reasonable period, any applicable refund or alternative arrangement will be handled according to the terms of the applicable client agreement.

6. Scheduling

Sessions are scheduled through the booking system provided by Mastery Architect.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you are reserving a specific time for your session and agree to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
